Oct., 2019: Publication
Our paper has been published from Nature Commucations. The data and code for reconstructing neuronal connectivity are available from the paper. This work was done in collaboration with S. Kurita, A. June, 2018: Code Release
We released Python (Github) and C (English and Chinese version) code for forcasting retweet activity (Kobayashi and Lambiotte, ICWSM 2016).

We released MATLAB code for simulating MAT model that can reproduce the neuronal activity of the variaety of neurons.
